Case study / Systems integration
Sensedia needed a sharper way to explain its AI Gateway for new markets, analysts, and executive audiences. Liquid GTM turned a technical infrastructure story into a dramatic problem-solution-impact film built around the world with and without a gateway.
“Liquid GTM helped us turn a complex AI Gateway story into a polished, high-impact product video. The process was collaborative, thoughtful, and fast, and the final piece made a new and technical concept feel clear, compelling, and easy to understand.”

Before / after
The film shows the operational gap before introducing the gateway as the control point.
Executive
Built to sharpen AI positioning for new markets, analysts, and senior decision-makers.
01 / The challenge
Sensedia operates in a market where AI adoption is moving faster than the infrastructure conversations around it. Enterprises want the upside of AI across products, teams, partners, and workflows, but the supporting layer is harder to explain. APIs, integrations, governance, security, orchestration, and system control all matter, but those ideas can flatten quickly when they are reduced to diagrams or platform language.
That created a positioning challenge. Sensedia needed to make its AI Gateway legible for audiences who do not all evaluate the product from the same angle. Technical teams care about control, integration, and operational fit. Executives care about risk, scale, and market readiness. Analysts need to understand where the product sits in the software infrastructure stack and why the category matters now.
The story had to work across those groups without becoming generic. Sensedia needed a product explainer that could make the cost of unmanaged AI visible, then show why an AI Gateway gives enterprises a clearer path forward.
02 / The approach
Liquid GTM shaped the video as a dramatic problem-solution-impact story. Instead of opening with a feature list, the film shows what the world looks like when AI moves through an enterprise without the right gateway layer: fragmented systems, unclear control points, rising complexity, and decisions that become harder to govern as adoption spreads.
The AI Gateway enters as the organizing layer. Custom graphics show the gateway’s role in connecting AI activity to the infrastructure enterprises already depend on: APIs, integrations, software platforms, policies, and the systems that have to keep working as new AI use cases reach the market.
The creative direction keeps the explanation visual and executive-friendly. Music, pacing, sound design, and graphics carry the viewer from problem to clarity without asking them to decode a technical architecture slide. The result is a product story that feels specific to Sensedia’s integration and API expertise while still being accessible to new markets, analysts, and senior decision-makers.
03 / The outcome
The finished AI Gateway film gave Sensedia a concise way to explain the product without forcing every conversation into technical detail first. It shows why the gateway matters by making the before-state visible: AI moving through the enterprise without enough structure, context, or control.
That made the product easier to position for audiences evaluating AI infrastructure at different levels of depth. Executives could see the business risk and strategic need. Analysts could understand the category role. New-market audiences could see how Sensedia’s integration and API background connects to the next phase of enterprise AI adoption.
The asset helped sharpen Sensedia’s AI positioning for new markets, analysts, and executive audiences. It turned a complex infrastructure concept into a clear product video with enough drama to hold attention and enough specificity to support a serious enterprise software story.
